4. Catalogue, pricing and availability
Website content is general information, not professional advice. Product images, colours, dimensions, materials, print positions, lead times, stock and availability are indicative and may change. Screen displays and manufacturing tolerances mean a finished product may differ reasonably from an image or sample.
Unless expressly stated, prices exclude VAT, delivery, artwork, tooling and other applicable charges. A catalogue price, estimate, sample request or website submission is not acceptance of an order. A contract arises only when we expressly accept your order under the applicable quotation or supply terms. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected.
You are responsible for checking suitability, specifications, quantities, delivery details and approvals before production. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Intellectual property
We or our licensors own the site and its design, software, text, images, catalogue arrangement, trade marks and other content.
